Seattle’s Best Coffee was tough to find anything on for Holiday releases. I’m not sure when they started selling ornaments or if they have stopped. If anyone reading this know’s some information, please contact me, I’d love to get some information.
So here’s what I’ve found
2005 Red Holiday Mug
This was the first release I have been able to uncover. I’m not sure if SBC started before 2005 with ornaments or not yet, but I do like there consistency. This year they did the classic ceramic red mug and they did mark the bottom with the Holiday 2005 date which is always a huge help, so thank you SBC!
2006 Red Holiday Mug
I think the classic Seattle’s Best Mug is an outstanding choice. It’s iconic, bold and you know who’s cup it is. The ceramic red glazed exterior and white glazed interior is so adorable. Classic logo on both sides, and on one side it has the Holiday and insignia date. Hung with a white cord
2009 Red Holiday Mug
Again in 2009 the classic red mug is released for an ornament. I’m ok with them keeping with the mug each year if that is in fact what Seattle’s Best did. This is the same glazed color’s as the 2005 release. But this season they added a little holiday flair encircling the logo in a white ball ornament. Again this mug has the marked holiday and the year. Hung with a red cord
I’m going to continue my search on Seattle’s Best ornaments. I’m hoping some new things will pop up in the future, and if I do, I’ll be sure to post an update.
Starbucks coming up next….This is gonna be a long one but fun 🙂
After last Christmas, I was on my quest to compile a list of Caribou Coffee ornaments and all through my search there was only 1 photo of this little mug. I had reached out to the photo owner to see if there was a date, but did not receive any response. So I just hung onto the photo til maybe it showed up somewhere. Low and behold one popped up on Ebay.
So you can imagine my joy and excitement when someone posted listed one. I bought it that week as I had to have it. So here it is…..
2007 Cup-O-Cheer with Orange Ornament
How cute is this…I love beach tones too. This has an orange and red ornament with an off set white outline. Then the Caribou Coffee logo on the back with the year 2007.
This actually helped with all the mugs I see listed on ebay with this ornament design and no one seems to know the year. So if you are looking through Ebay and see the below mug’s, they are from 2007.
Here are a few from Listings I found
First let me assure you, that you did not miss a 2013 Ornament. According to Peet’s representative they DID NOT release on that year. They do not know why they didn’t.
I think Peet’s has excelled in the quality this past Christmas. The 2014 Cup is gorgeous. Very ornate in it’s theme and colors.
2014 Holiday To Go Cup
Peet’s did the fantastic job selecting a great scenic detail on this year’s cup. This little cup is a miniature version of the To Go Cup’s in store for 2014. This adorable little ornament is a little smaller then the previous year’s, but is decorated to the max with tree’s, birds and snowflakes.
This has concluded the short list of Peet’s Ornament’s. Stay tuned to this Holiday season for what they release for 2015
Peet’s went back to a single ornament each year. I was hoping they would continue to increase the amount of ornaments each year, but no such luck.
So let’s see what Peet’s has for us in 2011 & 2012…
2011 Red Holiday Dove Mug
This was a miniature version of the Holiday mug they sold that year. It’s solid red, with a blue dove on one side and white Peet’s logo on the other, hung with white ribbon. I love this ornament and Ginny at Caribou sent me one they had laying around in the office.
2012 Ceramic Hand To Go Cup
This year Peet’s released a white To Go Cup with swirl hand prints in teal with a teal ribbon hanger. This had the year printed which made it much easier to identify.
I hope you have enjoyed your time here in Peet’s 2011 & 2012 Ornaments.
Happy Hunting out there Coffee Crazers!!!
